Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Send items back within: 14 days of delivery
Cancellations are not accepted, but please reach out if you encounter any issues with your order.

Please note that certain items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their nature, unless they arrive damaged or defective. These include:

- Perishable products (such as food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health and hygiene reasons)
- Items purchased during a sale
